HCG Recipes: P3 Dessert Coffee

This is an easy P3 legal Dessert Coffee or anytime coffee really. Whenever I feel like eating something or satisfying a need other than actual hunger I will have this and it works to keep those cravings away.

This is so easy to make its just:

coffee
creamer
sweet n Low or Stevia
whip cream sweetened with Stevia
grated sugar free chocolate

Who I am

I found this diet in 2009 at that time I weighed over 300 pounds and thought this was the most ridiculous diet I had heard of to date however, I was desperate to lose. I had always been a very active person and always battled what I considered to be a weight problem of 10-20 lbs in excess. When I was pregnant with my daughter is when my weight problem shifted from a 10-20 pound problem into a 100+ pound problem. For 20 years I battled the extra 100 pounds and I had tried almost every diet known to mankind at that point and I was ready to try anything.

I gave HCG injections a try even though I never thought it would work and started immediately noticing amazing results but I was completely bored with the foods that were available. As I researched more about the diet I came across communities of other HCG Dieters sharing their stories and the results of the foods they were eating and the effect these foods had on the scale.

Those results drove me to research and start experimenting on myself as well as others. I had 170 pounds to lose and I couldn't imagine doing it with a piece of hamburger and cucumber for every meal.

I started working with doctors and nurses to come up with better meal plans that would keep us satisfied on the diet. I learned to use the South Beach Diet along with the use of HCG injections for the ultimate weight loss experience that I had ever had in my life and I was helping others to achieve the same results even though most were half my size. I lost over 110 pounds this way without having to weigh or measure my foods and soon I was helping thousands of others across all platforms of social media obtain the same amazing results. Imagine, actually being able to eat food and lose weight at the same time.

I love to take unhealthy recipes and turn them into recipes that can be used for the P2 phase (losing phase) of the diet. My team often helps me research and perfect many of these recipes. All the recipes shared here have proven to work on the HCG diet.
